FOUND – YOUR THE FOREVER HOME!
The story so far: Back in 2002, Alison and Bruce together with their young children, built their 'forever home'. Brick and tile of approx. 266SQM on a 827SQM section backing onto the Royal Palms green fields. On their wish list was a separate lounge. A large family/ dining and kitchen area that maximised ideal social interaction with a superb flow through the stacker-sliders to an undercover outside area, big enough for outdoor dining, especially in the summer time. Alison works from home. So her office is right at the front door meaning visitors don't have to walk through the rest of the house. For Bruce, a generous carpeted garage was on the 'list' and at approx. 50SQM in size it has loft-ladder storage, plenty of cupboard space and room for coats and cars. Ceiling and garage doors are higher than you usually find, maybe big enough for your SUV, van or boat? Everyone agreed that bedrooms should be a traditional spacious size. There's four of them, each with ceiling fans and the 'main' is a super-sized example! Likewise, both bathrooms are generous and light. Alison and Bruce have made sure the home is packed with plenty of useful extras like DVS, four heat pumps, central vac, lighting and power points galore and more! The fully-fenced backyard is 'old-school large' with ample run-around room for kids and pets. Large shed, irrigation and low upkeep gardens ensure that this family did not become section slaves! Beautifully presented throughout, a huge list of chattels, extras and features it lacks little but offers more than most (homes). Now we're half way through 2020. The kids have grown up and ready to fly the nest. Alison and Bruce are ready to downsize to an exciting new chapter in life. Superb location, a walk-a-way to beach, cycling/ walking tracks and Plaza.
