Real estate is more than just a profession for Karen; it’s a lifelong passion that has spanned nearly three decades. Her journey began as a letting agent in the mid-90s in Auckland. She eventually moved from Auckland to the top of the North Island, where she honed her property management skills while working for a well-known real estate agency. Her reputation in the industry has garnered accolades, including a place in the Top 10 Property Managers in New Zealand award at her previous agency.
What sets Karen apart as a property manager is her unique perspective. As a homeowner and a mother, she understands the intricacies of maintaining a household and treats each property under her care as if it were her own. Outside of property management, Karen treasures time with her family. Married and a proud mother of four, she is also a doting grandmother to eight grandchildren. Karen leads an active lifestyle, often taking leisurely walks up and around the Mount. She also loves fishing and exploring new destinations while travelling.
